Design Phase

The design phase begins with meeting our construction designers. We discuss each step of the project as we incorporate your needs and expectations. We work with you to address your thoughts, ideas and goals as we create a design solution that reflects your lifestyle.

Contract Phase

The contract phase finalizes the scope of the project. This will include a comprehensive cost analysis for your review and approval. We will also introduce and assign your own personal project manager who will oversee all construction activity and act as your direct contact to each succeeding phase of the project.

Selection Phase

While the majority of selections will be conducted in our showroom, we also provide the option and will assist you in making selections through third party vendors. Whether choosing colors or design products available in the market, we work closely with you and your contract allowances.

Construction Phase

During the construction we devote our attention to the project goals, the schedule and the projected completion. The assigned project manager leads and guides the construction crews, third party vendors and subcontractors during each step of the project. This phase is among the most important because it involves close coordination and collaboration of all project components. It is here that we demonstrate the exceptional qualities and distinctive skills of our staff.

As an added service to our clients, you will be given your own webpage and login information that will enable you to access project updates, contract documents and up-to-date construction schedules. In addition we will also provide you with “before” and “after” pictures that you can keep for your records and/or electronically share with family and friends.
